You are also reminded that the table should be prepared and ready for use and that a set of suitable match balls is made available as described in Rule 7.
Closing date for this round is:- 4th April 2010.
Results / Claims in writing should be sent to the secretary to arrive no later than 1st post on Monday 5th April 2010.
In the event of a no result situation the home player(s) will be eliminated.

Please Note that the tie between Rhodes/Craggs and Fletcher/Freeman must be played before Friday 14th May 2010, the winners will then be responsible for arranging the tie with Hartley/Clark. This has been agreed due to a mistake made by the Secretary with the contact details for Fletcher/Freeman which resulted in contact not being made within the time frame for round 1, my apologies to both teams.

Match number 1 is to be played at the Redcar Cons club on Thursday 22nd July 2010 starting at 7.30 pm PROMPT
Match number 2 is to be played at the Roseworth Social Club on Thursday 29th July 2010 starting at 7.30 pm PROMPT.
Players should be available for 7.15 pm to ensure a prompt start.
Dress code is SMART CASUAL. Jeans, Trainers & Tee shirts will NOT be acceptable

The final will be played at the Erimus Quoits club Middlesbrough on Tuesday 31st August starting at 7.30 pm PROMPT.
Players should be available for 7.15 pm to ensure a prompt start.
Dress code. All players should wear a long sleeved single colour shirt with bow tie, black trousers and black shoes.
