The Cleveland Billiards and Snooker Referees Association

Picture of a referee standing beside a snooker tableThe Cleveland Billiards and Snooker Referees Association has been in existence for almost 50 years and is dedicated to providing top class Referee's who are knowledgeable in the interpretation and application of the Rules of both the games of Billiards and Snooker.

The association meet on a regular monthly basis and organise a number of competitions each year which are open to all Amateur snooker players throughout the North East of England.

It is the hope of the association that all clubs in the area will eventually have a fully qualified referee amongst their membership.

Stockton Buffs Pro-Am

Gary Wilson ranked number 57 on the World Snooker ranking list's beat top Newcastle Amateur David Lilley by 6 frames to 3 in the best of 11 final at the Buffs on Thursday 17th August, Gary also took the high break prize of 138 made in his first round match against David Craggs. Our congratulations go to Gary.
