Important Announcment!
Following discussions between the Referees association and the Teesside Boys Billiards and Snooker League it has been agreed that the Boys Billiards and Snooker League will be incorporated into the Cleveland Billiards and Snooker Referees Association with immediate effect and that the Chair and Secretary of the Referees Association will take charge of the Boys League.
Monthly meetings of both associations will now be held on the First Tuesday of each month starting from the 1st December 2009.
New pages will be added to this site in due course and thiese will provide details of all the activities in the boys league.
It is hoped that this merger will help to re-stimulate interest in the boys league and that more clubs will join during the current season.
We would like to thank DCL Joinery and Contractors for their continued sponsorship of our competitions.
For the 2009 season we are delighted to announce that Mr Brian Newton, a member of the Beechwood Easterside and District Club, has very kindly offered to donate a cup to be played for on an annual basis in the Team Snooker Competition and we would like to take this opportunity to thank Brian for his generosity.
